Frequently Asked Questions for L'Equinox Wines, Wish You Were Here, Swartland, South Africa Piwis Their first vintage was vinified PX
How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?
Check whether multiple parts of the order have separate statuses. Do not assume the order is complete because one notification arrived.
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Explain which purchase you intended and which entry may be unintended. Review the corrected order quantity so an adjustment does not remove what you actually need.
How should I use an automated answer from a seller's help system?
Compare dates and amounts with your actual order details. Save a relevant response if it affects your next decision.
